Who is it for?

Businesses providing implementation, managed services, field support or specialist expertise.

What can we do together?

01

Service scope and capacity assessment

02

Delivery coordination and escalation arrangements

03

Service reporting, acceptance and invoicing

What to prepare

  • Company profile, service areas and team capability
  • References, capacity and response coverage
  • Proposed service levels and any required accreditations

Begin with a brief introduction. Our team will explain any documents needed during review.

Commercial terms and expectations

Service levels and payment terms are negotiated for each agreement. Customer access and subcontracting require agreed authorisation.

We confirm responsibilities, what is included and what requires a separate agreement before work begins.

Your service providers journey

  1. Describe your service and coverage
  2. Review capability, delivery risks and dependencies
  3. Agree scope, service levels, pricing and escalation
  4. Deliver against approved work and review performance

Your enquiry is reviewed before partner approval, account access or an assignment is confirmed.

Learn, demonstrate and grow with Afrisol

Our partner pathway includes product and standards learning, short knowledge assessments and practical checks appropriate to your role. Approved work begins within an agreed scope during a three-month provisional accreditation period.

First three months

Build product knowledge, complete supervised work where required and review your readiness with your Afrisol sponsor.

Continuing reviews

Monthly check-ins, quarterly performance reviews, six-month skills and access reviews, and an annual relationship review keep your progression clear.

Approved responsibilities

Selling, implementation and administrative access require separate approval. Progression depends on evidence and agreed terms, not elapsed time alone.

Your agreement and onboarding plan confirm the applicable assessments, review dates and commercial terms. Our team confirms course availability and activation before work begins.
